      make friends, bond over how awful you are being treated by management and higher ups

      No opportunities to grow, rude management, dirty staff rooms, rat infested, dirty bathrooms, unhygienic, head office come in and pretend you don’t exist and don’t even greet you, fired for speaking up about conditions, if rats peed on the food we still sell it to customers, minimum wage, no recognition for hard work, lazy management, make customers feel forced to buy things, pressure them into spending more, follow customers around and tell them to buy more

      HR Needs to Act on People Management: The HR team is equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge, but they need to be more proactive in managing workload, work hours, and overall employee well-being.
