1. Pay. FPG pays way less than average salary of the market. ALL executives from top singapore universities are paid less than 3.7k a month (base salary). Bonus is low, insurance is minimum. 2. Work-life balance. FPG is adopting very aggressive working culture by bringing in high-level management people from other industries. A strong push in works & low salaries have resulted in more and more people leaving the organization year by year. And the HR have struggled to hire new people for the vacancy (pay is low), resulting in worse and worse working culture. FPG has a strategy of spending a lot more on hiring senior managers - directors and saving every cent on executives.
