Pros
On-site pharmacy and free primary care visits. There are active chaplains walking around that you can talk to.
Cons
I have been in the workforce for almost 20 years and this was one of the worst jobs I've had. There are so many errors and discrepancies in documentation. I have been assigned tasks outside of my duties/expertise without any prior training or support… doesn’t help that the SOPs/WIs are poorly written and offer little guidance. Upper management is abusive and will yell at you over the most mundane thing. Since everyone is walking on eggshells, no one takes accountability. Job security here is nonexistent - you can be fired without any prior warnings, write-ups, or PIPs. If you are considering a job here, proceed with caution. Keep your resume updated and stay active in your job search. Not even the benefits package is worth staying here long-term.
