Pros
Co-workers were pleasant to work with. That is about it. They compensation was alright but compared to the stress and the poor company culture the pay is not worth it.
Cons
There are no processes in place and if you are family or know someone you can get job. This place would rather promote and hire based on who you know than your actual experience, character, and education. I would like to give this company a negative star but unfortunately cannot. The lack of leadership in my department was very apparent all throughout the company. No delegation, no reviews, no feedback given, etc... The company would like to give you as much work as they can without paying you for the work.
