Pros
1, Quarterly training sessions for teachers, both online and offline. 2, Decent working conditions — classrooms are equipped with air conditioning and standard teaching equipment. 3, Salaries are paid on time (although I'm not sure if that should be considered a “pro” or just the minimum standard).
Cons
1, Frequent teacher replacements, sometimes with less qualified individuals than originally introduced to parents. 2, Overtime work without compensation — for instance, if you're assigned to organize an English contest at a partner school, you’re expected to “support” your colleagues in preparation and organization, often spending 2–3 extra hours without pay. 3, Meetings are often held with the main purpose of boosting sales rather than improving academic quality. In most cases, academic issues are left to the class manager to handle alone, without support or shared responsibility. 4, Paid holidays are sometimes taken away, and employees are required to make up for those days by working on weekends or at other times.
