There's constant micromanagement, which creates a stressful work environment. They frequently complain that employees—especially those handling cashier duties—don’t know what they’re doing and that cash always goes missing. However, they fail to acknowledge the real issue: extremely high employee turnover. With new hires constantly coming in, it's unrealistic to expect flawless performance without proper support and training. Instead of blaming front-line workers, management should focus on monitoring supervisors and managers, who have been there longer and may be responsible for ongoing issues.
