How do employees feel about Olive Garden Italian Restaurants's policy around taking breaks?

Tips are good and guests were kind enough.

There was a lot of drama and the managers would punish servers at times by taking away break room chairs - meaning 10-hour shifts on your feet unless you took a lunch that delayed your cut time.

Easy, only 3 table sections. Most people are nice, very laid back chill job. 4- 6 hour shifts with no break though, unless its slow.

Theres an automatic tip share, and only 3 table sections means not making alot of tips. the unlimited refils on bread, soup and salad can be tiring to make and carry out.

Potential to earn decent tips on weekends.
