Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. It's nice to see that you enjoy your compensation, work/life balance, and colleagues. We completely agree that our people are great to work with. They're the reason OneTrust is in a strong position within the market today. When OT first started in 2016, we were a completely different company than we are now. We have been scaling to add new, experienced leaders from other successful tech companies to ensure the business is heading in the right direction. OneTrust changes rapidly because the trust landscape is always evolving. We owe it to our 14,000+ customers to adapt regularly so that they can get the best possible solutions. Thanks again for your feedback!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are thrilled to hear you enjoy your role on the Sales team! Over the past 2 years, we've done a lot of work to invest in our office spaces, including opening new offices in London and Madrid. While Madrid is our main hub in Europe now, our space in London is a very important satellite location for us. We also have EMEA satellite offices in Amsterdam, Munich, and Paris. We are excited to continue evolving as we enable organizations to use data and AI responsibly.

Thank you for taking the time to share your positive feedback. We're pleased to learn that you enjoy working at OneTrust. Our people are great just as you said. OneTrust wouldn't be the successful company it is today without them. We're proud to provide our people the opportunity to develop our widely-recognized software using a modern tech stack while earning competitive compensation. It's great to hear about your desire for OneTrust to go public. Our leaders are ultimately working to ensure OneTrust is best positioned for long-term growth, whatever that looks like. We look forward to what that means for OneTrust, its people, and their futures!

Thanks for sharing your OneTrust experience. We couldn't agree more with your mention of our product. While our privacy software helped us earn unicorn status quickly, we have seen the shift in regulations, technology, and society, and we know that trust intelligence is the answer businesses are looking for. Our Trust Intelligence Platform delivers just that; it is the first software platform of its kind to provide solutions in privacy, GRC, ethics, and ESG. We're excited by the possibilities in OneTrust's future as we help companies realize the importance of trust. It's a do good business. We've made some changes to our leadership team over the past couple of years too, as it's a natural step in any company's journey to maturity. Scaling the business has allowed us to bring in successful leaders from other tech companies to help OneTrust meet its goals. Additionally, this has led to us building out our Total Rewards team. They are responsible for updating our benefits over time, and these continue to evolve. We're excited to see how these are enhanced even more in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. It's great to see you enjoyed being a BDR in our Denver office! The BDRs on our Strategy team are such an integral part of our Sales lifecycle, and we're grateful for the work they do. The culture of that team is tight-knit and collaborative, and we're glad to see you experienced that. As a young company, change is inevitable. Couple that with a quickly-evolving industry, and you have yourself a dynamic environment. This is an exciting part about working at OneTrust! No two days are the same, and you get plenty of learning opportunities. We acknowledge that sometimes change is unpredictable, and this is why we encourage our employees to be engaged in the quarterly All Hands, Inside the Numbers, and Culture & Coffee sessions to hear directly from our Executive leadership team. We are on a meaningful path to long-term growth, and we can't wait to see what's in store for OneTrust's people and our future together.

      Pros

      Cons

There is a lot of office politics and nepotism. Right before my manager quit he informed me that several members of my team would soon be laid off and our positions will be out-sourced. There's not much room for growth and you rarely get praised or awarded for going above and beyond.

Overall OK Company but very unorganized and did math layoffs in 2022

The pay was pretty competitive at the time and they offer bonuses based off of your performance annually. They also offered stock before the company was publicly traded.

      Cons

I worked here for about a year from playing 2021 to 2022. During my time here the the company was very unorganized and did not have a lot of processes or procedures in place. They also did mass layoffs in the summer 2022.
