DOR does not support nor advocate for therapists. Offloads her work to the tx'ing therapists. DOR does not complete daily therapist tx schedule timely, ie dept will not have a caseload till 0900. DOR does not respond to txt msgs. 14 therapists have quit in last 2 yrs, DOR cannot find PRN and having difficulty find FT staff. Greatest concern, the Palm Garden rehab upper mgmt cannot be unaware of high rate of therapist turnover, pay is not the only issue.
