How is management perceived at Pappas Restaurants?

Pappas had amazing management and well paid for my position. Great with requesting off for personal time

Not an easy job, very busy if you are looking for a low key place this is not it

I loved working here. They have a great attention to detail. Everything is clean and fresh

Some of the managers are too immature to be in management

I had flexible work schedules and always made a lot of money every shift

The management team will vary, but overall communication is important

Respectful work environment with supportive management.

Business was slow during the week so you really have to bank on weekend shifts to make your money.

Company hires managers with well-balanced personalities and above-average intelligence.

Frequent large parties do not always tip appropriately despite gratuity which can be optional for guests

Support- Staff, Management, service and Maintenance Training- Programs, systems, Coaching Pay- Well compensated and valued Life- 5 Day work week Organization- Very well managed company.

All the cons are only cons if you want s to view them like that. A Pappas manager will look at cons as an opportunity to be better.

Busy a lot , management can be annoying.

I had nice coworkers that made work enjoyable

Manager served underage employees alcohol

Constant regulars, great work family, good table turnover, and engaged management

Sometimes there was confusion with organization of private dining which led to last minute corrections.
