401k match is pretty terrible (they'll match 50% of up to 4% of total salary), management is terrible (so many managers, not enough engineers actually contributing to projects), feels like everyone is always discussing the work that needs to be done at meetings without actually contributing it, corporate is very stingy with charge codes and expects everyone to charge admin tasks like mandatory trainings, commitees, and presentations to projects, charging for overtime is frowned upon even tho there are many weeks we are working overtime. Overall, do not recommend unless they are offering you a huge base salary to compensate.
