      Misleading promises, no respect for employees

      The role was pitched as exciting and new, with the chance to shape it from the ground up. • Initial enthusiasm during the hiring process

      Cons

      Before I even joined, my manager was changed without warning. • For five months, I was given mixed signals and no clear direction, despite being told the role was “brand new” and I could “make it into what I wanted.” • Ultimately, I was let go with the explanation that I was “too senior” for what they needed - despite them recruiting me for exactly that level. • Feedback was contradictory and unhelpful: first told I “didn’t do anything,” then told it was because of their misalignment in what they actually wanted. • Shows a lack of planning, accountability, and respect for the time and careers of their employees.

      1. encouraging mediocrity, and 'small head'. 2. lying in recruitment process on benefits (rationalizing that the company has changed their minds). 3. working top-bottom (instead of bottom-up).

      Pros

      The company has many great people who are truly enjoyable to work with, and the work-life balance is good.

      Cons

      1) Low salary and no willingness to discuss raises. Management is not open to conversations about salary increases, even when workload and responsibilities grow. 2) Very limited career growth opportunities. This is especially true in Risk and Compliance — the company prefers hiring new people from outside rather than helping existing employees progress in their careers. 3) Constant implementation of new features while old issues remain unresolved. Many longstanding problems are ignored, creating ongoing inefficiencies. 4) New tasks are regularly added, but salaries remain unchanged.

      Good place for tech development but toxic collegues

      Pros

      There is good place for tech self-development due to wide tech set is in usage. Also there is strictly build release process that can prevent from regularly urgent roll-back.

      Cons

      Environment is toxic and no one will be punished in case of abuse or harassment. Also you can be fired just because new manager decided "to change something in process".
