What is the hiring process like at Penn Medicine?

Contractors do all the 'heavy lifting' for this organization. Behavioral Health Insurance is ONLY through QUEST Behavioral. Quest coverage is lacking and under-developed or children. Many regional providers are not in network! Nepotism and Employees with ties to being students and interns get promotions, not the most qualified or experienced team members. THE SLOWEST HIRING PROCESS in the tri-state area. It took 2-4 MONTHS for the hiring process--it's TWO WEEKS everywhere else.
