So far, haven't encountered any

One of the standout aspects of working here is the genuinely healthy work-life balance. The company respects personal time and encourages employees to disconnect after hours. Flexible schedules and remote work options make it easy to manage both professional and personal responsibilities. The leadership team is equally impressive — approachable, transparent, and genuinely invested in employee success. They regularly check in with teams, listen to feedback, and take meaningful action. There's a clear sense of trust and empowerment that makes it easy to thrive and grow.

No major cons to mention. Like any company, there are busy periods, but they're manageable and well-supported.

Good insurance, provided screens, laptop, docking station. 5 week vacation. Work from home. Many company holidays.

Nothing major. I personally love f2f interactions and hence like going into the office. But the flexibility to work remotely is still fantastic.
