How are the career development opportunities at Prophix?

Hybrid work model, mostly WFH with some in-person meetings, which is also awesome because the office is amazing.

I'm 3 years in and so far have no cons to complain about.

-compensation is very low compared to market -no future career planning or growth opportunities. Seems like people are promoted if they or their manager has sway with the execs/c-suites that stick together and take care of their own

- genuinely nice people both at c-suite level and junior. - opportunities to advance or learn about advancement, career growth and mentorship. - ceo is humble, shares his knowledge with entire company and for the most part is pretty transparent with everyone in company wide meetings, which is rare in other companies I’ve been at. It has been refreshing.

- average pay, so far no raise to account for inflation either. - make sure to look at ways to keep current employees else risk of high turnover.

Working among kind, hard working teammates.

"No budget" is something you will hear often when you try to ask for any sort of positive change. Whether it is new tools, career growth or even replacing teammates who have left. Hard-working, high visibility employees who are known to make a positive impact in the organization are constantly being let go.

One of the biggest strengths at Prophix is the people. The culture is genuinely positive and collaborative, and leadership actually cares about creating a great employee experience, not just talking about it. Flexibility is real here, whether that’s day-to-day work arrangements or options like temporarily working from another location, which makes a huge difference for work-life balance. There’s also a strong focus on growth and development. If you’re motivated and curious, there are lots of opportunities to learn, stretch, and build your career over time. The company invests in people through development programs and ongoing support, and internal growth is encouraged. I also really appreciate the People & Purpose initiatives. Paid volunteer days, donation matching, and purpose-driven projects make it easy to give back in meaningful ways, and it feels authentic. Health and wellness are taken seriously too, with solid benefits, a Total Wellness offering, and access to the EAP when you need extra support. Overall, it’s a place where you’re treated like a whole person, not just an employee.

Like any growing company, things can move quickly and change often. That can feel challenging at times, especially if you prefer a slower, more structured environment, but it also means there’s a lot of opportunity to make an impact.

Prophix is a very hybrid environment where the balance between work and your private life is highly valued. They promote employee accomplishments and also encourage personal growth through all kinds of different programs.

I personally do not see many cons but some might have a difficult time fitting into roles in countries where there is few employees. You have to embrace the remote work life style. You might not see your colleagues in person as often as you would like.

Commitment to giving back to the community, time off, diverse

What started out as a promising opportunity has slowly diminished into the worst career opportunity I've ever had. It's been demoralizing to say the least to watch countless coworkers and leadership get let go over the years. And we're not talking people that are slackers, these are award-winning people. It seems like there's lots of talk about positive change in growth, but no action around it. This is been a roller coaster ride and myself and the team are sick. At this point, there is no trust and really no hope of things getting better.
