What is the salary like at Publix?

Good coworkers and a select few great managers, higher pay than multiple other grocery/retail stores in this area, flexible hours, opportunity for growth.

Drama, cold, expected to do jobs in other areas that need help without the extra wages that those positions would pay.

They have good pay and some decent flexibility and good benefits

Benefits don't kick in until after a year, not able to invest in stock until after a year unless full-time

I wish they would let you sit. I experienced a lot of pain, and it would have been helpful if Publix would allow their cashiers some flexibility in that regard.
