No career progression, talented individuals are overshadowed by politics, promotions are based on who you know instead of who is capable.

The very main cause is Favoritism by nationality

Multinational company, free accommodation and transportation, discounts everywhere

Toxic management, entitlements are insane, slow opportunity for career growth, staff welfare were not priority , 48 hours per week shift.

Environment is amazing and atmosphere good

Ticket benefits and decent salary are the only pros I can think of.

There is no clear career advancement within the company. Shift-work changes almost every 3months. Management does not know how to effectively implement a shift that works for the employees'wellbeing.

Decent money, a lot of travelling, unique experiences.
