This level of negligence could put contractor jobs at risk and result in heavy fines for the company. Overall, I would strongly advise against working with or through Randstad in Carlisle, PA. Their disorganization, lack of professionalism, and failure to pay employees on time make them an unreliable and untrustworthy staffing agency.

Timely salary is the only pro

No growth opportunities, no work life balance, no increments, no basic office equipment will be provided. Laptop also they won't give for work. Not even a table and chair

Constant rotating door of executives who change things year over year including commission structure which can be frustrating

Their technology is all out dated and complicated. There's many different systems you need to learn, and they make their sales team handle invoicing and other admin tasks.
