Cons
saw some recent reviews, one mysteriously disappeared, and this review has been long overdue. No idea how this company, that has existed for over 10 years, had only one employee during my tenure that was there for two years. the employee turnover is massive, and the fact that they let talented people go who work 50 hours a week, for poor pay, highlights the incompetence of the upper management who do not care. There is no clear direction. rather than explain a project, or assignment, they say get it done, and you will, then it is said why did you do it like this or that, and when ask for help, they just think you're incompetent, despite having experience, or following the way you were told to do. There is constant pivoting and high demand and expectations without clear vision or support.
