What is working from home like at Reckitt?

It's a great place to work at. People are friendly and helpful, bosses are always challenged to be better and people oriented, I work from home or at the office and no one minds if I leave 3 hours early or come in late as long as I don't miss any meetings or a deliverable.

You have to be on top of your growth path as no one will do it for you. Work hours can get high and hiring process take long.

It can be over whelming to work for a Global business, however work work on a local level too.
