The culture inside the company is kinda distant. There are lots of contingent workers and they are left out of everything even though I think that's kind of normal.

The culture at Reddit is fantastic. Great support between teams. Good pay, and benefits.

Reddit is still growing, and sometimes there seems like resources are stretched a bit thin.

Perks are great: unlimited vacation (conditional), additional company-based holidays, nice medical insurance programs, 5k a year allowance for personal development and inventory needed for doing work. Great culture.

Hiring process is slow. Some teams lack of engineering managers due to it.
