What is the hiring process like at Resmed?

The whole interview process was great, it was well structured, the HR kept me informed about the topics and panelist’s for me to be better prepared, ample amount of time was given between the next rounds. The panelist’s made the whole interview process super comfortable at each level. I have happily joined Resmed and so far everything seems great!

Ample Parking. Beautiful nature-centric campus. Free Barista-made coffee. Cheap, subsidized cafeteria meals. Co-workers are nice.

The middle man recruitment company they use IS PURE EVIL. Casuals are basically there to augment the Permanent staff. does not matter if you make/exceed the quotas/targets. you will still not be given rosters even if you perform better then the permanent staff. Favoritism, Nepotism, Top and Middle Management-heavy.

Everything about the organization...from its dynamic work culture and collaborative, growth-minded people to the way in which ideas are cultivated and innovation is propelled...reflects an effective, growth-oriented ethos. I joined recently, and the onboarding process and support have been commendable. Even the managers are super chill and encouraging. To sum it up, it is truly a "locus amoenus".

The first month at ResMed was a great experience with a smooth onboarding and clear role understanding joining on 1st Aug and today 9th Sep. The team was welcoming, supportive, and always ready to guide us. We had access to helpful resources and were encouraged to explore new technologies. The collaborative and growth-focused culture made learning enjoyable.

Initial hands-on exposure was limited as we are new to the role, but we’re quickly learning and getting familiar with the tools and work.

Good interviewing culture. Java OOP, AWS Terraform.

Lengthy 2 month hiring process. Hr is the slowest out of the entire process.

Pre hire process was fast and efficient. Talent was responsive and was able to effectively respond to my questions. Joining including system set up was effective and a great experience.

IT set up on mobile could be included as part of the system set up. This is my day 2 and I have not had an opportunity to experience much.

The resources provided during the training period were excellent. Seniors and managers were consistently available to clarify doubts, which made the learning process smooth and supportive. The use of LinkedIn Learning and well-curated course suggestions greatly simplified skill development. Additionally, frequent evaluations through short sessions conducted by senior developers and managers helped identify and address gaps in the topics covered.

No negative aspects to report.

Had 3 rounds and then no response. Had unsuccessful notification but was called for interview. Post interview no response for 3 months. Attempts to reach HR went silent. On another occasion the recruitment person did not turn up after scheduling an interview. Again for another role, hiring manager decided to relocate job to SG abruptly. Looks like chaos and anarchy. Very unprofessional and immature handling of prospective applications.

Never apply for any roles with Resmed. Waste to invest time in applications and interviews.
