Cons
No corns i feel everything looks great
Pros
ok salary for a remote job
Cons
has started with good salary , new CEO and all benefits , bonuses and salary cut off.
Pros
Work from home and no micro management.
Cons
Toxic upper management who are more concerned with positioning themselves in safer roles in the company than the staff they are managing. Could be ran so much better.
Pros
The company allowed remote work from 2020 onward without forcing people back into the office, which was the only benefit.
Cons
Management culture can be disrespectful and unsupportive. Staff are often spoken down to or treated as less valuable. Internal promotions lack transparency- interviews sometimes feel like a formality when decisions are already made. Blame-shifting is common, with employees scapegoated for issues instead of problems being solved. Certain managers show unprofessional behaviour, including gossiping, taking credit for others’ work, and using aggressive communication styles. Complaints don’t always get escalated properly. The leadership style overall can feel inconsistent, with constant demands and a lack of genuine support.

Lastly, ResultsCX offers clear pathways for career advancement. The leadership is approachable and genuinely invested in employee development.
Cons

Pros

Cons
Work from home hence cant meet people
Pros
Escaping this place, after being told we have been given the axe from their PayPal campaign in the US, has made me realise how truly toxic the management and culture in this black hole are. After a first base interview with another company, just this week, I experienced something I had never experienced at all at ResultsCX, this new team, they were literally so caring. This talent acquisition person was so understanding about my next stage interview and even gave me their personal details should I require any assistance, or in fact “any help, assistance, anything at all, we have an open door policy here, and we are here to help each other” Wow, people do that at work? What had ResultsCX done to me? They crushed my very soul so much, I forgot its ok to help your colleague and to genuinely want to give time to them. Now this for an interview from a company I didn't even work for, I was speechless at how good they were. I had completely forgotten, this is what being professional, helpful and proactive in the workplace looks like. It's been a year, so I forgot that being blocked out by managers, being talked down to, being talked about in a negative context by your peers, being cut off when speaking up and giving feedback to operations in meetings and not being given any courtesy, respect or positive acknowledgement in any light by the whole company the top down is actually wrong. Work shouldn't. The only benefit is that, now I understand what you should never have to encounter in the workplace from a company. And I implore you to seek employment elsewhere. Being water boarded would be more beneficial to your professional career than this.
Cons
No suitable training for complicated products whatsoever. Which requires you to be able to competently do some web development. No benefits at all for employees. They are even now doing it, Listing “pension plan, 20 days holiday, time off on bank holidays” These are not benefits, these are contractual obligations required by law in the UK and Ireland. Listing an annual leave purchase plan in a job description is not a benefit. No management, people skills or apparent leadership ability by anyone in a senior position. Being told they are cancelling your contract, so terminating your position after a year of employment with a permanent contract and then a week later after returning from their Easter break, operations and HR not even remembering or recognising that 50 employees' livelihoods are at stake. In an operations meeting when asked about the terminations, the operations team actually replied "what terminations are you talking about?" When asked “what are we doing about the redundancies?” That is an impressive lack of anything by a management team. There is really no amount of words that can tell a prospective employee what they have in store, this company is an absolute shocker. They do not care about you. There is no culture. You mean nothing, your dependents mean nothing, your family you provide means nothing to them.
Pros
ResultsCX brings me so much stability and work life balance! I enjoy coming to work every day, interacting with a great team, awesome leaders and people from different locations.
Cons
Salary compensation could be in some cases seen an issue, but the stability, benefits, opportunity to growth, work life balance and great leadership I found here definitely make a big difference.
Pros
None, There are no advantages, don't waste your time
Cons
Low pay, bad leadership, very little PTO
