What is the salary like at Revolent?

Hours can be long while in the training period but it is worth it. Salary is low while the company recoups training costs, but then you are set up after 2 years to move on from Revolent and earn a good salary in the marketplace.

There was, however, a salary review half-way through and the lock-in was not a big factor for me personally as I was planning to take advantage of the full 2-year program from the start anyway.

If you have no prior exp then revolent is good way to start your career & learn new skills

Prior to joining Revolent, I had zero Salesforce experience. Thanks to their wonderful staff and comprehensive training programme, today I am working as a senior salesforce developer at one of the 'The Big Four' firms. If it wasn't for Revolent, I would not have come so far in my career. During my time at Revolent, I passed three Salesforce certifications and I also had the opportunity to work for various organisations to get real-world work experience and build exciting projects. The confidence, knowledge, experience, and skills gained during this time served to be the turning point of my career in the Salesforce ecosystem.
