- Even better cafeteria than Google - (depends on team) Interesting projects with clear goals, collaborative work environment - Allow hybrid work (at least 3 days a week) - Better WLB than Amazon/Meta (in general) - Great office amenities (gym, coffee, snacks)

- Not very good IT infra (cloud services are strictly prohibited and internal tools lack of features) - No company-wide channel for communication/collaboration (information is scattered across random places that I don't know of). - Having minimal frameworks for management, leading to low consistency and high variance across the organization.

Outstanding Gym and cafeteria. Clean campus. Hard-working and good management.

Contract engineers do not receive overtime. Average working hours is 50 per week.
