Unlimited PTO, remote, startup mentality after 13 years in business. Decent salaries. Good product.
Cons
Unorganized, no clear direction, goal posts keep moving and top leadership changes KPIs depending on the last person they speak to. Great potential but utterly clueless.
Also has an HR "department" (read, two person dept) that is always on PTO. They have high goals for their corporate culture but fail. They talk a good game but never achieve it. Each department is siloed and fight more than they collaborate
