      A pro is that you work and they pay you.

      Cons

      They are cutting hours to half for full time employees. They don't pay PTO, sick days, holidays, or overtime.

      Great exposure to the medical world.

      Cons

      Company and management will discourage achieving full time status to avoid providing benefits. Despite there needing coverage, management will also avoid allowing employees to hit overtime to avoid higher compensation rate.
