Hi and thank you for the review of your time spent at the reception desk. Certainly we try to make our workspaces rewarding and pleasant. Your time with us was appreciated.
Upper management and ownership operate the business like it’s Michelin star restaurant but continuously fails at actually executing like one! Improper training, channels of communication end up being a game of telephone, inconsistent food quality, etc.
Menu decisions made in the boardroom. Most food tastes the same. Average wages. Unbelievably disorganized - took weeks to get paid properly after promotion.
