What is the hiring process like at Severn Trent?

There are no cons so far.

- During recruitment, some emails that are sent will sometimes cause confusion since you only gain access once you start

People are nice,on site parking, shifts are good.

Pay for what's expected is unfair. They recently put all Team Leaders through a process where some were redeployed those that passed are supposed to now be level 2 team managers. Whilst our duties have increased our pay hasn't.
