      Former employee
      Kuala Lumpur
      Recommend

      Business outlook

      Pros

      1. Fast paced industry with plenty of learning opportunities 2. Positive work culture, fun and vibrant environment 3. Nice work environment at local office 4. Friendly and young colleagues 5. High learning curve 6. Good starting pay for fresh grads compared to the average market rate, with good benefits as well

      Cons

      1. Fully on-site with no flexibility for work-from-home arrangements 2. Some leaders lack team empowerment and may micromanage 3. Leaders may not be fully transparent with team members on what happens behind the scenes/business updates 4. High turnover due to lack of opportunities for vertical career growth, people tend to explore externally for senior roles rather than get promoted internally 5. Many young leaders means some may be inexperienced in team management

      Pros

They offer decent benefits used to be better, and also a good starting salary for fresh grads. Great colleagues all around.

      Cons

Managements are too stiff, benefits reducing by the year

Felt more like a college org than an actual corporate job

      Key account manager (kam)
      Former employee
      Manila, Manila
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

      - Good pay, relative to other jobs in the market at the time - Freebies every now and then (big campaigns like 12.12, etc.)

      Cons

-Too informal for my liking (maybe too young for me but people you've never met speak to you so informally like you're not at work. One time I asked this guy if he was in charge of so and so and he replied with a meme to say he doesn't know about it. All for being friendly but being helpful and efficient trumps that. -No systems in place. I met and surpassed all my quotas but I didn't get along well with my manager. He decided not to regularize me. I asked what the basis was when my KPIs were met (quantitative data he couldn't argue) and it got into this whole thing where I had to loop in HR and they sided with him cause it revealed that there's no KPI management system at all. I escalated it to the Country Manager and then HR doubled back and apologized and then they regularized me. Too political and messy!
