Lots of micro management from the corporate leaders, disorganized at times, bad project management

Work life balance little better than other semiconductor companies

Less pay, hike, growth.In some teams bias exists based on giving wfh, favouritism at peak, less recognition for hardworking employees.In some cases, directors pass heavy workload to engineers through mid-level managers and leads who sometimes are not competent enough to finish those on time and directors divide credits for those or else don't give credit at all to the engineers. Favouritism is way too much in some cases. Work expectations varies from employee to employee and not based on their designation.Way too high designation for those(in some cases) who are not competent enough for that role. Profitability is not that good.Too much micromanagement for some targeted employees and not giving recognition after work is done. Modem team is highly recommended for women especially who is new to corporate and wants peace, prosperity and recognition.

Career progression can be slow in some departments. Workload can become demanding during peak project phases. More structured training programs for new hires would be beneficial.

The work is technically interesting and offers solid learning opportunities. Benefits and compensation are decent and competitive. Friendly and collaborative team environment.

Communication between departments can sometimes be unclear. Career growth and promotion paths are not always clearly defined. Some management decisions lack transparency.

Extremely smart and talented people to work with. Lots of opportunities to learn and grow. Great compensation package and benefits.

Finding ways to connect to coworkers/teammates is sometimes difficult, especially as it's a very global workforce in all different timezones.
