Less pay, hike, growth.In some teams bias exists based on giving wfh, favouritism at peak, less recognition for hardworking employees.In some cases, directors pass heavy workload to engineers through mid-level managers and leads who sometimes are not competent enough to finish those on time and directors divide credits for those or else don't give credit at all to the engineers. Favouritism is way too much in some cases. Work expectations varies from employee to employee and not based on their designation.Way too high designation for those(in some cases) who are not competent enough for that role. Profitability is not that good.Too much micromanagement for some targeted employees and not giving recognition after work is done. Modem team is highly recommended for women especially who is new to corporate and wants peace, prosperity and recognition.
