Pros
Full of good, hard-working people.
Cons
This company is now owned by private equity firm Parthenon, which has changed the focus from quality to cost. The work is now being offshored to India as much as possible, generating a lot of frustration and poor work quality. Annual salaries for most skilled positions (engineering, software development, infrastructure, and management) are under the market rate by tens of thousands of dollars. Great place to work if you need a place to make mistakes and get experience, but expect to work a lot of nights and weekends alongside other inexperienced employees who are in positions over their head, and get burned out along with everyone else at the company. Most people who have enough experience and up leaving and finding a better place to work.
To give you an idea of the degree of cost consciousness, consider this: rather than hire a team of help desk employees, they use a virtual pager that is only answered by one employee at a time. Customers are given the phone number of the pager, which rings off the hook at all hours of the day and night. It rotates weekly. Don't expect to sleep much during your rotation.
