New staffs receiving better training or wages than previous ones
Lack of career progression or progressing to delay pay increase by promising the increase can only be done after completing progression though you’ve worked there for 3 to 5 years
No performance review to discuss pay
Making decision without discussing with staffs such as to have them work at their other branches although that’s not in the contract and changing working hours.
Low pay and discussion to increase pay is thought of as ‘blackmail’ and usually people just quit
Colleagues in management role getting away with slacking off in staff rooms upstairs
Not allowed to call in sick but you must inform if you’re calling in sick and get scolded over the phone
Untrustworthy management as private discussions will ended up known by every staffs in store.
