Pros
They have good training, the hourly rate is reasonable, if commission tiers are met; great monthly bonus, benefits are great.
Cons
Too much micromanaging, not transparent with job position for application, job interview and title. It is a sales job, even if it says 'customer service representative'. Daily Metrics are not realistic to every day worker.
