- NO WFH / HYBRID when most of the work can be done at home instead of wasting time in the office and being prone to burnout
- long work days because of 90 min lunches, rather have shorter work hours
- not diverse depending on team
- few leaders can be micromanagers
- approval process can be long even for small things. inefficient especially if the CEO or leaders are out of the country or on PTO
- need more events especially if they expect us to be on-site. in the past they had movie day and halloween contests
