      Pros

Supportive leadership – Management is approachable, positive, and genuinely interested in helping employees succeed. Opportunities to learn new systems – The company is implementing modern tools like inventory scanning and system integration, which allows employees to build valuable technical skills. Positive work environment – The workplace culture feels respectful and professional, making it easier to focus and do good work. Career growth potential – The role offers opportunities to gain experience in process improvement and inventory management systems. Fair pay and advancement opportunities – Competitive pay and the chance to move into higher-level roles as the system and processes develop.

      Cons

Learning curve with new systems – Because the inventory system and processes are new, it can take time to fully understand everything. Processes still being developed – Some procedures are still evolving as the company implements new technology. Training can take time – Learning the system and workflow requires patience while everything is rolled out. Adjustment period for new employees – It may take a little time to get comfortable with the pace and systems. Growing organization – As the company continues to improve its operations, some processes may change.

      Pros

I strongly believe that not every workplace allows the opportunity like Staffmark does. Opportunities to grow in your career path, work with great people that believe in the company values and are authentic, safe space to have open discussions on all topics....and be heard! While feedback might not be able to be acted on or immediately its heard and taken in, its valued. You don't get that everywhere. The support we have as leaders allows us to motivate and be there for our teams.

      Cons

Non that other companies of our size and recent changes haven't had to go through and adapt to.

Rewarding Career with a Purpose-Driven Team

      Pros

Working at Staffmark as a Sales Director has been one of the most fulfilling experiences of my career. The company truly values its people—from leadership to front-line staff. We’re empowered to be innovative and proactive, especially when it comes to building client relationships and developing tailored staffing solutions. I’ve seen firsthand how our efforts directly impact the success of our clients and the lives of our associates. There’s a strong culture of support and collaboration. Leadership is accessible and responsive, and they genuinely encourage personal and professional growth. Training resources, team collaboration, and recognition for hard work are just a few of the ways they keep morale high.

      Cons

Like any sales-driven role, it can be fast-paced and high-pressure at times, but if you thrive in a goal-oriented environment, it’s very rewarding.

      Business outlook

      Pros

Staffmark Group has a strong, collaborative culture and a team that genuinely cares about delivering for clients and each other. Leadership is clearly focused on taking the company to the next level, and there’s been noticeable progress in strategy, innovation, and structure. The work is dynamic, and there are opportunities to make an impact and grow your skills if you're proactive and engaged.

      Cons

Compensation is an area that could use improvement. Pay increases are minimal and infrequent, which is frustrating for those who consistently go above and beyond. Greater transparency and a stronger commitment to market-competitive raises would make a big difference.

Strategic Leadership and Transparency with an Amazing Culture!

      Business outlook

      Pros

Staffmark Group is a workplace that genuinely values its people and fosters career growth! The culture is collaborative, inclusive, and grounded in authenticity and trust. Leadership, starting at the top, sets the tone — the CEO’s transparency and engagement are particularly refreshing, especially compared to prior companies. It is rare to find a company where feedback is not only welcomed but respected. Leaders are empowered to support their teams and lead with purpose, staying aligned to the mission of connecting people with meaningful work. The company has a strong focus on strategy, innovation, and developing talent.

      Cons

Honestly - keep doing what you are doing! This is HOW we DO IT!

      Pros

Staffmark has been more than an employer. It’s been my extended family. Over nearly three decades, I’ve been given countless opportunities to grow professionally, take on new challenges, and contribute meaningfully to our success. Leadership is transparent, genuinely cares, and walks the talk when it comes to supporting their teams. I’ve experienced their support through personal hardships and major milestones in life. The culture is people-first, and the teamwork across branches and divisions makes it easy to collaborate, learn, and win together. In an industry that changes constantly, Staffmark continues to evolve and that forward-thinking mindset is a big reason I’ve stayed. If you’re adaptable and passionate about making a difference, this is the place to be.

      Cons

Like any company in the staffing industry, change is constant and that can be tough if you’re resistant to it. It’s a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly. I’d love to see more recognition across divisions for top performers, especially when it comes to Pinnacle. There are so many talented people who deserve a shot at that spotlight.
