What are working conditions like at Starling?

A great place to work that is serious about data. Working with cutting edge technologies, everyone is really engaged in their work which makes working here really interesting, every week you learn so much. No big egos and management is always taking on peoples feedback. Despite the fast growth and constant new products being released, the company is very organised, I’ve never been stuck working late. Pretty flexible on when you come into the office (1 day a week), but the facilities are great and it’s a good atmosphere, so lots of people choose to come in most days.
