Honestly, not many right now. Most people are nice, I suppose... but management is terrible at handling and communicating complex situations
Cons
Insurance offerings are not great Management doesn't hold everyone to the same standard. No respect from management for those who are putting in the work to improve the place. No growth opportunities. Company values essentially meaningless. They talk about it tons but never take actionable steps toward helping employees live them.
