I am a new hire so I can't say much. The hiring process was very smooth. The residents seemed very nice as a spoke with a couple while I was there. The staff seems very nice.

Rabecca and Ali made the hiring process simple and easy 2 people that were down to earth with loads of work on their hands. Yet still have time to take the time to be patient with you in spite of it all. I appreciated that.

None do what you have to do the rest is easy this isn't hard if you love the love of care. And understand the walls of the business plus your scope of practice. I have no cons with anything
