Pros
1. There are a lot of tasks given so over time one becomes good in writing code in C++.
Cons
1. They underpay when hiring and say that there will be growth opportunity but pay does not increase. 2. It is very difficult to take leave. For a leave of n days, have to ask for permission n weeks before (For example 1 week before for a 1 day leave) and even then it might be rejected. 3. They are not flexible with work from home and have to work even on the day of Diwali. 4. They claim to be HFT but have a system which is an order of magnitude slower than all the competing firms. 5. There is no one employee with prior HFT infrastructure experience so on the infrastructure side there is lot of pressure and little growth. 6. On the quant side, there is limited experience in the team so have to develop ideas on your own. 7. Quant side bonuses are not correlated with how well the strategy performed but can be high if you show yourself as busy all the time.
