-- Bad upper management only taking salary but doing nothing at all. - do not listen to logical issues present in process just keep putting the employee down instead. - increase working hours with increasing pay. - you have no say at all - Low payment - No facilities - Useless insurance and low coverage too You would be able to use it. -Unrealistic expectations - Incompetent Leaders, not able to make correct strategies or decisions.

The callers are rude and hateful to agents and while you're told you don't have to allow that behavior, if we ended every call when people got unprofessional, nobody would ever take a call. If the client has paid for more hours than the team has worked (people leave all the time, the turnover rate is really high), they will force you to take a 30 minute lunch when upon hiring you're told you get a 1 hour lunch. Team leads are changing constantly so are the teams you are working with. Schedule changes happen with little notice and it's mandatory This place does not care about your mental health or physical health in the grand scheme of things. Policies and practices change so frequently no matter how much you train, there's going to be a change you forgot or missed that QA dings HARD for.

The company provides excellent benefits, notably the auto-approve leave policy, promoting flexibility. Unfortunately, recent changes in management have shifted the culture towards a more task-oriented approach, creating a toxic atmosphere and diminishing the emphasis on maintaining a healthy work-life balance

The job is okay and team lead is great

Due to medical reasons with valid medical certificate, your Anonas site in Manila declines to use my planned leaves to cover for my absences. HMO iCare sucks and not all hospitals or clinics have it. Coverage and benefits is a miss unlike when we are with Maxicare. Management seems to steep teammates to a great HMO perks by choosing iCare over Maxicare.

Recruitment process was great. Applicants were given a chance to apply virtually which is very convenient.

HMO and Dental coverage can't use without the physical card. We heard that sometimes it took months for us to get the physical card.

-Lower base salary compared to other BPOs in NCR offering the same roles -Low salary ceiling -HMO lacks vision coverage, poor network of dental health providers -(Just my opinion and observation, it may not be happening to every team) People person/always visible sometimes have the advantage of getting promoted than high performing/below the radar members -Too much employee freedom sometimes lean toward entitlement and senior/leader disrespect
