      Great health insurance plan Very good and compassionate Team Leaders Pay above the minimum wage for Greece when they require only a high school degree

      Operations and WFM are very disorganized High turnover rate, even in management positions Schedule preferences NOT honored (while on a 24 hour schedule rotation) Mandatory work from office (you do get transportation allowance in addition to your pay though) Very slow career growth path

      The company is one of the best place I've worked in providing everything that you need to start with their service and is really welcoming with all agents. They create a great environment that offers agents comfort maximizing the learning process for each service. They provide a lot of benefits and a regular pay range for agents. They also have one of the greatest promotion system I've seen with some agents getting promoted after regularization.

      Everything was a great experience and the only Cons I can see working for this company is the salary/pay range that they offer to agents. The pay is in the normal rates however there seems to be a large difference of pay in each site even though you do the same job. It is a great company with a lot of opportunities though and provides a great experience to all agents.

      CONS of the Company (Professional, Clear, and Honest) Unstable job security: Campaigns end abruptly, and employees can be moved into temporary roles with little clarity about future placement. Pay cuts and revoked raises: Merit-based raises can be undone, and employees may be placed in roles that pay less than their original starting wage. Poor communication from leadership: Important updates, including layoffs, are not always communicated directly. Some employees were notified by peers instead of supervisors. Questionable timing of layoffs: Teams were released the week before Thanksgiving, preventing employees from receiving holiday pay or using scheduled PTO/UTO. Equipment return handled poorly: Employees were threatened with strict deadlines, and the company provided shipping labels without confirming whether packing costs were covered. Some staff were told they might have to pay out-of-pocket and “hope” for reimbursement. Inaccurate final paychecks: Final checks were issued at minimum wage and with hours missing, requiring employees to dispute the pay after termination. Lack of accessibility for remote employees: Those living far from physical offices were not given adequate support for required equipment returns or resolving payroll issues. Culture feels performative: Company messaging heavily promotes everything woke, but nothing for the straight Christian, yet many employees feel unsupported in practical areas such as communication, compensation, and fair treatment. Declining workplace satisfaction: Morale noticeably worsened across campaigns, with many employees expressing frustration in Town Hall meetings

      It's free starting from the date you are hired.

      Cons

      1. New partner HMO company is horrible. It's burdensome to avail of medical services because of limitations that are not present before. 2. Reimbursement period will take years to process. (Mine's in process for 4 months now instead of 21 days) 3. For a company who promotes and brags about equality, the medical insurance or HMO coverage differs and will depend on an employee's position. 4. Health benefits and coverage are subpar and inferior compared to the industry's standard.
