This company is having culture issues that are affecting its ability to perform. This company is extremely right wing, and many employees bring their politics and worldview to work. Many people at this company are extremely passive aggressive. Many people have quit, and because of this the company is forced to hire a lot of recent graduates that don’t know what they’re doing.

Flexi working hour, there is work from home policy.

Many old timers and pressure to be working with them. Politics are normal. Management stinge on local staff. Engineers are force to take unpaid leave as there are no projects.

- company HR and IT systems can be confusing for new hirees. Too many steps on onboarding. - Company's DEI program is just for box-ticking only. No genuine intention of being fair for all nationalities. One nationality dominates the employee population and the HR (who is the same nationality as the dominating population) tends to prefer to hire their own nationality. - medium to high turnover rate - your project experience depends greatly on your lead. and not all lead are accommodating. - Not an ideal place for juniors - No WFH or hybrid setup - does not follow Government announced public holiday

Flexible working arrangements although in my experience there’s more take than there is give. Great for people that love to be heavily loaded and don’t mind working long hours and giving up weekends for no additional pay.

Back end load much of the project work resulting in rushed execution and delivery. Do not pay over time but it’s expected, this quickly waters down any salaries and/or rates. Worth taking into consideration; non compliant with many basic employment and income taxation laws. Management team are out of touch with efficiency or lack there of with internal systems and processes. Quick to move people on if the work looks to be drying up.
