How is management perceived at The County Line?

Friendly staff, fair managers, and good customers

No cons, pretty similar to most service jobs

Love the people, management is amazing. Drama free workplace and always having fun at work. Great money to be made here as well.

Occasional slow days, but that's every restaurant.

-People are typically more inviting instead of hostile -Managers overall are chill -Good money for a restaurant in busy season -People have stayed because people are nice overall

-Sometimes they keep too many servers on so their isn't as much money per shift -relatively strict on 4 table system -One manager can be higher maintenance at times
