What is the salary like at TikTok?

Long hours, high stress, unachievable objectives, no overtime pay, no annual salary review, mandatory RTO, 1 year in TikTok feels easy like 5 years somewhere else… very poor management, lots of favoritism and you will only grow if you are the bf of the boss.

Longer working hours, coworkers are friendly but you can tell that the SG ones are always looking to leave

The office is nice. Some of the employees and team members are great people and will support their teammates to learn and accomplish goals.
