What is the salary like at Trilogy Health Services?

The benefits are amazing, lots of opportunity to add to hourly salary, monthly employee recognition, tons of room for growth, probably the best job I have ever had and I have been working for 35yrs, I plan to retire from this company

With great benefits come great expectations, you can’t skate by, while I understand the need for continued training, it can sometimes be a lot of meetings/trainings making it difficult to get day to day work done while overtime is generally frowned upon for my department, transportation is part of my department and is my biggest obstacle as picking up patients is demanded without warning, disrupting your planned schedule - this job is no more stressful than your average job

Good pay, most of the employees are friendly and welcoming, weekly pay , some genuinely nice people, clean facility , great food

The gossiping, the competition mentality, bullying/ harassment. the ones who do bully and harass others get to keep their jobs only get suspended and the good ones quit ! Upper management's doesn’t follow through with their promises.

The staff is respectful and kind. They do a great job at keeping the building orderly. The benefits and pay is good as well. There are plenty of career opportunities.

The residents have more personal belongings compared to other nursing homes so the work load can be heavier per room and more time consuming to keep each room thoroughly cleaned.

Management is terrible, the company seems to only hire blood sucking vampires, the company picks favorites 100% of the time from my experience, and the work is emotionally draining.

Trilogy has drastically changed since we came out of Covid. They care about revenue, doing alot more with a lot less for the staff. Lower wages but claim better benefits, seen several staff struggle having to beg time and again to internal foundation to help them only to have it turned around and shames them into having them give back weekly to the foundation from their paycheck so others can be helped out. Wants positivity all the time no negative thoughts allowed or your will be counseled severely if you are lucky, often worse termination. Wants more of robotic like care, residents and families are allowed to belittle and berate you all you are allowed to so is smile and say it will be my pleasure to write that concern for you. Then make sure that staff member involved is on the way out the door doesn't matter if they have a side. Allow leadership to undermine to get personnel fired and even encourage it if they do not like the person. This company use to be wonderful to its people across the board now they are heading in a vastly negative direction.

Great work enviornment, busy but not too busy, great pay, I hope to be here for a long time im really enjoying this job
