Corporate staffing strategy seems to be "let's see what we can get away with", corporate culture is cult-like and overbearing,

Good pay and work from home

Bad culture/ very boring work

They have no identity after the merger. No longer a relationship based regional but not big enough to compete with the national players.

Whatever you do is never enough, and they keep you understaffed.

Company as a whole is good. The staffing is slim and they expect you to do a lot with not enough time. Rules may differ between branches.
