Great place to work if you can overlook the laziness of others. Good benefits. Good PTO and work life balance. True work from home. Great upper management.

Low pay for the amount of work that is required especially lower level people. However, that changes significantly as you rise in rank.

The pro's are that we have consistent work scheduling and I'm able to work from home. Health insurance benefits are great

The pay is not worth the mental drain you have and they dont pay enough for this position. The point system for emergencies and health concerns for the doctor is terrible. The training when I started a year ago was terrible I was informed to forget everything I learned in training and was thrown into this position not knowing how to properly do my job. You are the first point of contact for everyone which is a hassle when you cannot reach the proper clinic members
