What is the hiring process like at Viatris?

innovative product, works well, sales team is nice

The managers are yes men and they don't listen to the sales force. No effort being put into competing with the market. The rebate program is too confusing and the process is too complicated for the Drs and staff to continue to fight for.

Nothing i can say. it all about favoritism.

Low salaries compared to experience. people with 3-5 yrs exp. get same salary range as for 10-13 yrs exp. and they do not prefer to hire you for senior role. Too many management changes, laying off departments no control over GMP just running , how i do not know. Hiring managers not that knowledgeable but expect candidate to work for everything and anything. no appreciations unless you are one of the #favourites. worst decision of my career to work with such company. Their company has declined over the last few years and i believe will keep going down in next few years as well.
