      Business outlook

      Pros

Very relaxed schedule. The office staff is on a hybrid schedule. It’s not a big deal if you need to leave early or have to work from home.

      Cons

Too many directors making policies and decisions they know nothing about. The structure is not setup to work as a team. Almost impossible to work proactively because everything is a constant fire. Too many people involved in what should be a simple task which causes delay to get the job done.
